Event hosted by East Coast National Scenic Area Administration, Tourism Bureau Ministry of Transportation And Communications, 2018 Xiuguluan River Rafting Triathlon starts off at 6:30 am on June 10, 2018 in Hualien Xiuguluan River Visitor Center. This event has been held for ten years of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Tourism Summer Solstice 235 series of activities. It is also the only triathlon event of all nation that allows participants to "achieved three things at one stroke " rafting, road running and cycling challenges. With a good reputation of the event, the number of applicants grows each year. In addition to challenging themselves, participants may enjoy the beautiful scenery of east coast along the way and challenge the most thrilling rafting in Hualien. Welcome all athletes who love challenges to sign up for this annual international sports event!
The Tenth Rafting Triathlon & Rafting Only Challenge Begins
The event includes groups of Triathlon (rafting + road running + cycling), Duathlon (rafting + road run) and Triangle Relay. Participants will be rafting 11 km, road running 12.6 km and cycling 44 km, with a total length of 67.6 km race route, can be a good challenge to all participants.
To make it more extensive and interesting, new race group Rafting Competition has been scheduled. Perfect for all family member to join. Total length of 24 km, gives the pleasure of spectacular scenery of Xiuguluan River, also gets a cool experience in summer of east Taiwan.
Triathlon Relay, the Farther You Go, the Merrier You Feel !
The tenth Xiuguluan River Rafting Triathlon with well reputation, organized Triathlon Relay Challenges, eight people for each group. For relays groups are Triathlon and Duathlon. Maybe you will have a chance to run into President Bear. Registration starts from now until 4 May (Fri). Welcome all athletes or anyone wants to challenge to join!
