There is no fixed menu in Kavalan. The menu constantly updates according to the changing of seasons. Its main customers are based from nearby residents and some other regular customers. It also serves nearby B&B guests, Haitian B&B, 118 B&B, Shamofengqing B&B, and Go to Sea B&B. Main dishes are seafood and traditional Kavalan dishes, it also has set meal sevrices. It can accommodate about 90 to 120 people, it is truly an indigenous style restaurant.
