The Torik (Duli) Visitor Center—home to the headquarters of the East Coast National Scenic Area—is adjacent to the Amis Folk Center. This is the place where the Moonlight Sea Concert has been held over the years. Inside, visitors will find artworks and exhibits organized into the Art Exhibition Area, Ocean Area, Starry Sky Theater, and Story Experience Area—making it an ideal destination for family fun.
In 2025, the exhibition spaces were updated: the former Interactive Experience Area was transformed into the East Coast Story Experience Area, bringing visitors a fresh way to explore.
