Steel Reef is located approximately 300 meters off the shore to the southwest of Mati Bridge, and it is formed by four artificial triangularly arranged steel reefs. Additionally, it is the most popular artificial reef among the three artificial reefs placed by Fisheries Agency on Green Island. At peak season, you can even see over 60 people diving by Steel Reef at the same time.
