Organized by the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration (ECNSA), Tourism Administration, MOTC, the 2026 Taiwan East Coast Land Arts Festival takes “We Are the Ocean” as its curatorial theme, continuing its core values of sustainability, green environmental protection, and local engagement. Through artist-in-residence programs, the Moonlit Sea Concert series, and cultural platform initiatives, the festival showcases the East Coast's distinctive aesthetic of coexistence with nature. Bringing together local residents and travelers from afar, this summer celebration invites everyone to feel the vitality of the East Coast and immerse themselves in the beauty where land, ocean, and art intertwine.

The most anticipated Moonlit Sea Concerts will unfold across eight performances: June 21–22, July 30–31, August 29–30 (ticketed show on August 29), and September 28–29. Outstanding performers from Taiwan and abroad will share the vitality of the East Coast with audiences. Surrounded by moonlight, ocean, mountains, and earth, music and performance will carry forward the enduring stories of this land and its people — inviting every guest to drift along with the melodies and compose their own verse for this azure coastline.
