Wushibi is located south to Changbin Township, on a cape that streches out into the ocean Ningpu Village. Wushibi refers to the black rocks that stick out of the ocean. They are the product of volcanic activity and lava eruptions, it is also the largest volcanic rock column in Taiwan. Only Shihmen to the north of Shitiping has a similar rock columns, but the scale is far smaller than at Wushibi.
