East Coast National Scenic Area

In the coming Chinese New Year holiday of rooster, the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration, Tourism Bureau, MOTC(ECNSAA) invites tourists to visit the East Coast of Taiwan. Except the Chinese New Year’s Eve, all visitor centers and performances in the East Coast region will be open from the 1st. through 5th. day of the Chinese New Year holiday. In addition, the ECNSAA has arranged traffic calming measures in order to provide friendly, convenient traffic services.
【Visitor Centers】
There are 8 visitor centers in the ECNSAA. Visitors who click the Like button on Facebook of the fan page of the ECNSAA, 【Nga’ayho】你好，東海岸, or download the “行動東海岸” app could have an exquisite souvenir from information desks in 8 visitor centers. Besides, visitors are welcome to participate in the Chinese New Year Tournament in the Douli Visitor Center.
【Amis Folk Center】
The Amis Folk Center located next to the Duli Tourist Center of the ECNSA will hold aboriginal music and dance performance at 11am, 2pm and 3:15pm every day in the Chinese New Year. There are many Amis cultural experiences, such as archery, igniting the Bamboo cannon, wristband DIY, pounding mochi, etc.
【The Marine Environmental Education Center and the Moonlight Inn】
The Marine Environmental Education Center located next to Xingang Fishing Port offers free, guided marine-themed tours about whales and dolphins and the swordfish fishing experience. During the Chinese New Year holiday, the center will be open from 29th January to 1st February, except for 27th to 28th January.
The Moonlight Inn in Dulan is a good place for sightseeing, drinking coffee, etc.  During the Chinese New Year holiday, the Inn will be open from 27th January to 1st February and hold a sculpture exhibition, the temperature of handicraft.
