The 2025 Taiwan East Coast Land Arts Festival, organized by the Eastern Coast National Scenic Area of the Tourism Administration, M.O.T.C., takes Becoming an Estuary as its curatorial theme, continuing the core concepts of sustainability, green environmental protection, and localization. Through activities such as resident art creations, the Moonlight Sea Concerts, and art and cultural platforms, it showcases the unique aesthetics of coexistence with nature on the East Coast. This summer, the TEC Land Arts Festival brings together local residents and travelers from afar to experience the vitality of the East Coast and immerse themselves in the beauty where land, ocean, and art are intertwined.
The most anticipated Moonlight Sea Concerts are scheduled to be held on June 21-22, July 11-12 (tickets required for July 12), August 9-10 (tickets required for August 9), and September 8-9. We will invite outstanding performers from Taiwan and abroad to experience the vitality of the East Coast together with the public. Surrounded by moonlight, the ocean, mountains, and earth, music and performances will tell the endless stories of this land and its people so that every participant can flow with the beautiful melodies and compose a moving poem that belongs to themselves and this blue East Coast of Taiwan.
「Moonlit Sea Concert」 discards the typical stage design by adopting the ground as the seats, the sky as the canopy, the sea as the curtain, and the moonlight as the companion. Through music and dance performances of different themes and a handicrafts market, the event takes you into a visual, auditory, and spiritual feast you’ve never experienced before.
