East Coast National Scenic Area

The East Coast National Scenic Area Administration (ECNSAA) has delayed the Opening Ceremony to our East Coast Land Art Festival from July 9^th to July 16^th in the same location due to weather concerns and is delaying to July 23^rd for the second time due to the restoration of artworks with unexpected typhoon damage. Free Shuttlebus roundtrip will be available on July 23^rd that leaves Taitung Bus Terminal at 3 P.M, and the return trip will leave at 8 P.M. All activities and events accompanied to the Land Art Festival will also be delayed by the exact dates maintaining their original time of day.
        All art installations are completed and can be viewed at 6 different locations within the ECNSA that includes: Hualien Xinshe, ECNSAA Headquarters at Douli, Xiaoma tribe, Donghe Recreational Area, Jinzun Recreational Area, and Jialulan Recreational Area, and can be visited anytime except for typhoon days.
