The 2016 East Coast Land Art Festival Opening Ceremony is Delayed Again to July 23rd Due to Typhoon Restoration. Free Shuttlebuses Will be Available.

The East Coast National Scenic Area Administration (ECNSAA) has delayed the Opening Ceremony to our East Coast Land Art Festival from July 9th to July 16th in the same location due to weather concerns and is delaying to July 23rd for the second time due to the restoration of artworks with unexpected typhoon damage. Free Shuttlebus roundtrip will be available on July 23rd that leaves Taitung Bus Terminal at 3 P.M, and the return trip will leave at 8 P.M. All activities and events accompanied to the Land Art Festival will also be delayed by the exact dates maintaining their original time of day.
        All art installations are completed and can be viewed at 6 different locations within the ECNSA that includes: Hualien Xinshe, ECNSAA Headquarters at Douli, Xiaoma tribe, Donghe Recreational Area, Jinzun Recreational Area, and Jialulan Recreational Area, and can be visited anytime except for typhoon days.
